Gluten Free Chocolate Toffee Peanut Butter Cupcakes

My daughter and I were watching youtube videos on how to use different icing tips when inspiration struck. My daughter needed to make cupcakes, like now! Twist my arm, right? She quickly located a bag of Pamela’s Chocolate Cake mix (one of my favorite go to mixes) and she improvised everything else from there (including the chocolate peanut butter frosting) based on what ingredients we had in the kitchen at the moment. She seriously struck GOLD with these.
